Kj Kennedy

KJ Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, followed by a role as an Operations Manager at Blesso Properties from 2012 to 2013. They then served as the Manager of Local Counsel at Jaffe & Asher LLP from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, KJ joined Future Finance as a Senior Operations Associate before transitioning to The Advance Group in 2015. At The Advance Group, they held various positions including Project Manager, Director of Systems Development, Director of Administration, Vice President Administration, Executive Vice President, and currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) since November 2021. They have also held positions of Chief Operating Officer at Molloy Moving & Storage, Sorensen Moving & Storage Co., Inc., and Sorensen Logistics starting from April 2023.

KJ Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Lynn University. They also obtained a New York State Real Estate License from The American Real Estate School. Additionally, KJ has certifications in Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 and Implementing Data Models and Reports with Microsoft SQL Server from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. They also possess a CrossFit L1 Cert from CrossFit, Inc.
