Ania Gasior

Ania Gasior serves as the Global VP HR - People Excellence at Mölnlycke Health Care since February 2020, where responsibilities include leading global HR central functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Technology. Previous roles at Mölnlycke include Global People Director and Global Director of People Experience, focusing on talent development and DE&I initiatives. Prior experience includes HR leadership positions at SC Johnson, Bulgari (LVMH Group), and Medtronic, where Ania contributed to talent management, employee experience, and organizational development. Ania holds a Master's degree in Finance and Human Resources from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management.
