Kristin Hedlund

Kristin Hedlund is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Mölnlycke since October 2018, Kristin previously held the position of General Counsel at Schenker North AB from May 2005 to October 2018, overseeing the legal, risk management, security, and dangerous goods departments across multiple countries. Prior experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at BTL AB (publ) and Schenker North AB, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, as well as providing legal advice to group companies. Kristin began her legal career as a Deputy Judge at the Court of Appeal for Western Sweden. Academically, Kristin holds a Master of Laws degree from Handelshögskolan vid Göteborgs universitet, along with studies in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Gothenburg.
