Finn Simper

Finn Simper has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Finn began their career as a Sergeant in the Royal Danish Air Force and later served as a First Lieutenant and Reserve Officer. Finn then transitioned to the corporate sector, where they held various finance-related roles at Esprit, including SVP - Head of Finance Europe/North America and VP/CFO - North America. Finn also worked as a Finance Director and Finance & Administration Manager at Esprit. In 2017, Finn co-founded LEAF/BIRD, and in 2018, they joined Molo A/S as CFO. Most recently, in 2019, Finn founded their own company, FIPE ApS.

Finn Simper attended Copenhagen Business School from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Finn then pursued further education at Hofstra University, specializing in Finance and obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007. After that, they attended Henley Business School from 2008 to 2009, completing an Executive CBL program. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Henley Business School.
