Ben Filo

Ben Filo has a diverse work experience history, ranging from sales and customer service roles to coaching and yard supervision.

At MoLo Solutions, they began as a Carrier Sales Representative in July 2021 before progressing to the role of Carrier Sales Specialist in March 2022. Currently, they serve as the Carrier Sales Assistant Manager, starting in January 2023.

Prior to their time at MoLo Solutions, Ben worked as a Coach for True Lacrosse from May 2019 to May 2022.

Ben gained customer service experience as a Customer Experience Intern at SidelineSwap from September 2020 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for daily site moderation, conflict resolution, market research, search optimization, and analyzing disputed transactions. Additionally, they contributed to help center articles and other customer experience tools.

Ben also has experience in grounds maintenance as a Grounds Maintenance Member at Full Property Custom Care from May 2020 to August 2020.

Ben's early work experience includes being a Laborer at Greenspace Landscaping Inc from June 2018 to July 2019, a Coach at Legends Lacrosse from June 2018 to August 2018, and a Yard Supervisor at Pewaukee Yacht Club from April 2015 to July 2016.

Ben Filo attended Kettle Moraine High School from 2013 to 2017. Ben then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing at Illinois Wesleyan University from 2017 to 2021.
