Jaclyn Kuhn

Senior Manager - Truckload Account Development at MoLo Solutions

Jaclyn Kuhn began their professional career in 2010 as a Team Member at Cold Stone Creamery, where they interacted with customers, created ice cream, and developed desserts. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Fitwize 4 Kids as a Staff member, implementing a positive learning and exercising environment for students. In 2014, they interned at Kelly Insurance Agency, working closely with brokers and enrollment specialists to ensure excellent customer service and communication with clients and insurance companies. Jaclyn then worked at Bed Bath and Beyond as a Sales Associate from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were employed at Nordstrom, starting as an Intern and later becoming an Assistant Department Manager for Lingerie and Kids. During their time at Nordstrom, they assisted with developing department plans, collaborated with other departments, and revised inventory processes. Jaclyn Kuhn joined MoLo Solutions in 2019 and held various roles, including National Account Manager, Customer Operations Representative, Customer Operations Specialist, and Customer Operations Lead. In these positions, they developed relationships with carriers, managed the communication and performance of accounts, and trained new hires.

Jaclyn Kuhn attended Broad Run High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of South Carolina from 2013 to 2017. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Retail.
