Matt Deleon

Matt DeLeon has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Matt began their career in 2012 as a Busser/Runner/Expo at Middleton's on Main. In 2014, they worked as a Landscape Installer at Hardscape Creations. Matt then transitioned to being a Crew Member at BK Art & Home in 2016 before becoming a Dining Room Assistant at Firehaus Bar & Grill. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Representative at Illinois Energy Windows & Siding and also interned as a Client Service Intern at Foresight ROI, Inc. In 2018, they joined Circle 8 Logistics as a Client Service Representative and later moved to GlobalTranz for the same role. Currently, they are employed at MoLo Solutions as a Customer Operations Specialist, starting in August 2020.

Matt DeLeon attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Consumer Economics & Finance. In addition to their formal education, Matt also obtained several certifications, including "Embracing Unexpected Change" from LinkedIn in July 2022, "Effective Listening" from LinkedIn in April 2022, "How to Stand Out Remotely" from LinkedIn in March 2022, "Leadership Tips, Tactics, and Advice" from LinkedIn in February 2022, and "SharePoint" from Lynda.com in June 2017.
