Caroline Kremer

Caroline Kremer is an experienced leader in strategic growth and operations within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Growth for the US and EMEA at Moloco since April 2024, Caroline focuses on building the Moloco Commerce Media business. Previously, at Meta from July 2022 to July 2023, Caroline held the position of Chief of Staff for Business Messaging, where significant contributions included creating operational structures for a 2000-person organization and leading transformative scale initiatives. Prior to that, at WhatsApp, Caroline was instrumental in developing go-to-market strategies and partnership ecosystems. At Google, Caroline designed launch programs for Google Cloud and played a key role during MBA studies at The Wharton School. Caroline's early career involved investment consulting at Cambridge Associates, specializing in venture capital and private equity.
