Dusan Gucik

Dusan Gucik has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Dusan currently serves as a Plant Wide Team Lead at Molson Coors Beverage Company since June 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at 7ACRES as an Operation Manager - Packaging from November 2018 to February 2020. Dusan also held the position of Plant Manager at AquaTerra Corporation from April 2014 to March 2018. Dusan's earlier experiences include roles such as Production/Warehouse Supervisor at Bacardi Canada Inc. from September 2009 to March 2014, and Sanitation/Production Supervisor at PepsiCo from 2005 to September 2009. Dusan also worked as a Team Lead Filtration/Kegging for Steam Whistle Brewing from 2001 to 2005. Dusan has also gained valuable experience at The HEINEKEN Company and The Coca-Cola Company in managerial positions.

Dusan Gucik attended the University of Zilina in Slovakia from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering with the title of "Ing." In addition to their formal education, Dusan has acquired several certifications over the years. In 2014, they obtained the "NEHA HCCP Manager" certification from the National Environmental Health Association. In the following year, they became a certified Six Sigma Champion through the Management and Strategy Institute. Dusan then pursued an "Executive Management Certified" certification from the same institute in February 2016, followed by a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional certification in August 2016. Most recently, in April 2020, they completed the "Getting Things Done" certification from LinkedIn.
