Emily Rivera

Emily Rivera is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the beverage and engineering industries. Currently employed at Molson Coors Beverage Company, Emily leads the development of innovative beverage products, successfully launching top-selling brands such as Coors Seltzer Slushie Flavours and Coors Seltzer Island Breeze. Prior to this role, Emily served as an Engineering Project Leader at GE Healthcare, managing new product introduction programs for medical diagnostic equipment, and held project management positions at MillerCoors, overseeing significant capital expenditure projects. Emily's engineering career began at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included supplier development and metallurgical engineering, and Emily gained foundational experience through a materials engineering co-op at General Electric.
