Eric Carlson has extensive work experience in the legal field. Eric began their career as an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP in 1998 and worked there until 2001. Eric then joined Foley & Lardner LLP as an Associate from 2001 to 2003. Following that, Eric joined McDonald's Corporation as Senior Counsel, where they worked for almost 19 years, from 2003 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Marketing/Innovation/IP at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where they started in June 2022.
Eric Carlson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Carthage College, which they completed between 1988 and 1992. Later, they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, pursuing their studies from 1995 to 1998.
