Ian Phillips is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and safety management with extensive experience in the beverage, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence for Western Europe at Molson Coors Beverage Company, Ian has spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives across various breweries and cideries. Previous roles include World Class Supply Chain Senior Manager, Brewery Packaging Manager, and Senior EHS Manager for the UK and Ireland, showcasing a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Ian has also held key positions at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, FWB Products Limited, Thomas Hardie Commercials Ltd, and James Hall & Co. Ltd., developing effective EHS management systems and enhancing safety culture. Ian holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from The University of Salford and a NEBOSH Diploma from The University of Bolton.
