Paul Lay

Paul Lay, MA, CRSP NP, is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for North America Import and Exports at Molson Coors Beverage Company. With extensive experience in supply chain logistics, environmental health, and safety, Paul previously held key roles, including Director of Supply Chain Transformation and Strategic Partnerships at Molson Coors and various safety compliance positions at Coca-Cola and Frito Lay. Currently, Paul is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, and Criminology, as well as a Master's degree in Criminology and a certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
