Paula Smith

Paula Smith has extensive experience in the beverage and design industries, currently serving as Senior Studio Manager at Molson Coors Beverage Company since January 1997. In this role, Paula oversees a team of 17, including direct management of 5 individuals, and has been pivotal in appointing a new on-site Print Management supplier. Previous positions at Molson Coors include Stage Gate Process Manager, where Paula coordinated project teams for product launches, and Category Manager on secondment, focusing on market data for Convenience & Specialist customers. Early in Paula's career, experience includes a role as Packaging Artworker, creating digital artwork for both UK and international packaging, and as a Digital Repro Artist at Forme Graphics. Paula holds a BA (Hons) in Packaging Design from West Surrey College of Art and Design.
