Gareth Faith

Gareth Faith is an experienced corporate governance professional currently serving as Group Company Secretary at Molten Ventures since June 2022. Prior roles include Company Secretary in Asset Management at Schroders, Investment Trust Company Secretary at Polar Capital, and various positions at Link Group, including Consultant and Assistant Consultant. Gareth has also worked as an Investment Management Assistant at Rathbone Brothers Plc and as an Assistant Consultant at Capita. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science with GradICSA in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in Law with Politics from the same institution, complemented by foundational education at St Louis Grammar School.
