Tom Bowie

Tom Bowie is a legal and regulatory professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving in the CASS Oversight Function and as Money Laundering Reporting Officer across four regulated subsidiaries, including Esprit Capital Partners LLP and Encore Ventures LLP at Molten Ventures since August 2021. Tom also contributes as Legal Counsel for the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and is involved in the Pensions & Private Capital Technical Expert Group and Regulatory Committee. Prior experience includes an associate role in Financial Regulation at Squire Patton Boggs from August 2015 to August 2021, following a trainee solicitor position. Tom's academic credentials include a BA (Hons) in History from Lancaster University and a Graduate Diploma in Law alongside an International Legal Practice Course from The University of Law.
