Sixtine d'Herlincourt has a diverse work experience in various companies within the beauty and marketing industry. Sixtine started their career in 2007 as an Assistant Product Manager at Dessange International, where they were responsible for global product development in skincare and spa treatments. In 2008, they worked at LVMH as an Assistant Product Manager, focusing on global product development in the makeup category for Givenchy. Sixtine then joined Coty Beauty in 2009, initially as an Assistant Product Manager for Rimmel's global product development in the lips and nails categories. Sixtine later became the ABM (Assistant Brand Manager) for Rimmel's global product development in the eyes category. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an ABM for various fragrance brands, including Adidas, Playboy, Beckham, and L'Aimant, managing local marketing activities. Sixtine then joined Molton Brown in 2013 as a Product Manager, responsible for global product development. Sixtine later became a Category Manager, overseeing global product development. In 2016, they transitioned to Associate Director, focusing on marketing in the UK and Ireland, and in 2019, they took on the role of Associate Director for Global Marketing Activation at Molton Brown.
Sixtine d'Herlincourt obtained their Masters in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from EDHEC Business School from the years 2005 to 2009. In 2008 and 2009, they pursued a specialization in Marketing at Aarhus University. Prior to these academic achievements, from 2002 to 2005, they attended the Institution Saint Jean, where they completed a preparatory school program to enter a French business school.
