Victoire Versluys has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Victoire started their career as a Sales Assistant at SANDRO in 2008. Victoire then worked as a Purchasing and Partnership Manager at the Student Society Bureau des Elèves from 2010 to 2011.

Victoire then joined L'Oréal as an Assistant Product Manager for Roger&Gallet and inneov in BENELUX from July 2011 to December 2011, where they were responsible for implementing marketing strategies, managing the back office of inneov+, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Victoire conducted research to gather insights and designed commercial animations to increase sales and awareness of the portfolio. Currently, Victoire is at Molton Brown, where they started as a Junior Brand Manager for Global Brand Management in April 2015 and was promoted to Brand Manager in January 2017. Victoire Versluys completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marketing from EDHEC Business School in 2013. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they also obtained a Master en administration des affaires degree from the same institution. Before joining EDHEC, they attended Lycée Saint Jean de Passy from 2007 to 2009.
