Shermin P.

Shermin P. has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Shermin began their career in 2003 as a SAP Developer at Interstate Bakeries Corp. (Accenture). In 2004, they joined Wärtsilä (Accenture) as a Senior SAP Consultant, where they worked as a Technical Lead and coordinator for Form changes and extensively worked on Smart Forms. In 2006, they moved to BMW Group (Accenture) as a Senior Technical Consultant, where they worked as Technical Lead for Supply Chain Execution Team at Onsite in Munich and coordinated with offshore team in India. In 2007, they joined SC Johnson (Wipro) as a Technical Team Lead and was involved with the offshore team in solving issues more efficiently and quickly with the Process Owners of the client team. In 2008, they moved to Weyerhaeuser (Wipro) as a Senior Technical Lead and was responsible for providing documentation on start-up, shut down and first level troubleshooting of processes to help desk staff. In 2009, they joined Nike (Wipro) as a Senior Consultant Technical Lead and was responsible for coordinating with functional team for functional enhancements and application interface development and delivery. In 2013, they moved to Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) (Wipro) as an Information Technology Development Team Lead and was responsible for establishing compatibility with third party software products by developing programs for modification and integration. In 2021, they joined Mom Relaunch as a Program Manager (Program Management Office - Volunteer) and was responsible for providing project management guidance, methods, systems, tools, templates, and metrics for consistent project outcomes throughout the organization. Finally, in 2022, they joined IBM as a Program Manager.

Shermin P. has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronics, Physics and Maths from St. Francis De Sales College, Seminary Hills between 1997 and 2000. In addition to these qualifications, Shermin P. has obtained seven certifications from various institutions, including the Scrum Alliance, LinkedIn and The Job Hackers, between 2021 and 2022.
