Lena Saltos

Lena Saltos currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel at The Museum of Modern Art since February 2023 and is a member of the Board of Trustees for The Copyright Society since June 2020. Lena is a founding member of The Fourth Floor and was the Associate General Counsel and Global Director of Intellectual Property at URBN from June 2017 to February 2023. Additionally, Lena participated as a fellow in The Economic Club of New York's 2021 program, focusing on pressing economic and social issues. Prior experience includes working as an associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from 2010 to 2017, following roles as a summer associate and intern at various legal and professional organizations. Lena holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, and has furthered education in brand strategy and art business.
