Ian Lindsay

Ian Lindsay is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial and product law. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Cockroach Labs since April 2022, Ian previously held various counsel positions at Rimini Street from August 2019 to April 2022, including Managing Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel. Earlier in the career, Ian was an Associate at Mayer Brown from October 2015 to August 2019, following a role as Summer Associate at the same firm in mid-2014. Additional experience includes a Corporate Legal Internship at Baker & McKenzie in the summer of 2013 and an Office Assistant position at Kirton McConkie in the summer of 2012. Ian holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.
