Mohammed Patel

Mohammed Patel serves as the Head of Legal & Partnerships at Moment, focusing on the development of Africa's largest payments network since September 2022. Prior to this role, Mohammed worked as an Associate at Clifford Chance, specializing in Structured, Asset Backed, and Real Estate Finance, and previously held an Associate position at Werksmans Attorneys, where expertise included Corporate Lending. As a Candidate Attorney, experience encompassed Business Rescue, Restructuring, and Insolvency, along with Banking & Finance, Corporate M&A, and Private Equity. An Internal Legal Secondee at Ticketpro ZA, responsibilities included drafting various commercial agreements.
