Jason Cole

Jason Cole, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jason started their career in the US Army, where they held multiple roles including Watercraft Engineer, Human Resources Generalist, Supply Chain Manager, and ultimately Human Resources Manager. In 2020, they transitioned to Buyers Products as a Human Resources Manager and later took on the role of Continuous Improvement Leader. Currently, Jason holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Momentive Technologies, where they are responsible for overseeing the HR operations of the U.S. Ceramic Operations.

Jason Cole holds a Master's degree in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution in 2016. In 2014, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from American Military University. Jason also holds additional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, which they obtained in August 2020. Jason also completed the Advanced Leaders Course from the US Army in 2016 and the Basic Leaders Course in 2013.
