Lily Zhao

Lily has nearly 18 years of solid and diversified work experience in America and Europe multinational companies, started from MESSER as intern in 2006 and became FTE as Director Assistant for HR&GA. Then moved to Adesso in 2010 as Admin Supervisor. In 2011 began their career in Leggett & Platt (NYSE: LEG), as HRBP(held Regional HR Supervisor business title) to support their China Wuxi, Guangzhou, Changchun and Wuhan entities, 365 employees in total as of July 2014. Following that, joined Momentive Technologies in 2014, first as HR Specialist for China Quartz and Ceramics business, then were promoted to HR Supervisor in 2016 and later as HR Manager in 2018. Currently they serve as the position of HR Director for Greater China and Korea at the same company.

Lily has a Master degree of Public Administration from Guizhou University and previously obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Jiangsu University. In their careers, to enhance various business and HR projects management, resources and knowledge like new entity from 0 to 1, M&A, restructuring, talent development, culture initiatives, HC strategies, etc. Lily is also holding several key certifications includes PMI's PMP® ,Shanghai IP Office certificated workers, HR related, etc. Besides that, Lily likes China traditional arts and children related community, owns some copy rights of China art designs and as a volunteer to help children with autism in local community.
