Nicole O'Sullivan

Nicole O'Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nicole started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Hewitt Associates in 1997. Nicole then joined Willis Towers Watson in 2000, where they held various roles, including Actuarial Consultant, Account Director, and International Consulting. In these roles, they worked with multinational companies on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, global total rewards, benefit design, and global risk management. Nicole joined Parker Hannifin in 2018 as a Manager for Global Insurable Benefits and US Retirement Plans. Currently, they serve as the Director of Corporate Development at Momentive Technologies and has previously been the Global Director of Compensation and Benefits at the same company.

Nicole O'Sullivan earned a B.A. degree in Actuary Science, Accounting & Math from Thiel College from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Catholic Central High School from 1989 to 1993. Nicole is also a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries, having obtained this certification from the Society of Actuaries in 2010.
