Chad McKnight

Chad McKnight has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Chad began their career at OSi Specialties in 1994 as an Advanced Process Engineer. Chad then worked at Witco, Inc. from 1997 to 2004, where they held the roles of Senior Technical Assistance Engineer and Production Team Leader. After that, they joined GE Silicones in 2004 and served as Supply Chain Manager until 2007, where they were responsible for the North American Organo functional Silicones operations. Chad's most recent work experience was at Momentive, where they held various roles such as Operations Manager, Global Engineering Leader, Regional EHS Director - Americas, and Senior Director of Operations. In their most recent role at Momentive, Chad served as the Vice President of Sector Operations - Additives, overseeing all aspects of the Sector Manufacturing global footprint.

Chad McKnight completed their education in a chronological manner. Chad first attended Ohio University from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BS ChE). After that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended West Virginia University to obtain a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

In addition to their formal education, Chad McKnight also obtained certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In September 2020, they completed a certification titled "Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility" from UC Berkeley Executive Education. Furthermore, in June 2023, they obtained a certification called "How to Think Strategically" from LinkedIn.
