Jansen Zhou

Jansen Zhou is an accomplished professional in supply chain management with extensive experience in demand forecasting, inventory control, and logistics across various industries. Currently serving as the Asia-Pacific Planning and Distribution Leader at Momentive Performance Materials since June 2012, Jansen Zhou specializes in long-term and short-term demand planning, collaborating with global teams to enhance capacity and inventory strategies. In addition, Jansen Zhou has played a pivotal role as APAC Logistics Leader, overseeing logistics operations in key regions including Japan, China, and Thailand. Prior experience includes leadership positions at GE Silicone/Momentive Performance Materials and 3M China Co. Ltd., where Jansen Zhou focused on improving demand forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency. Jansen Zhou holds an MBA from BI-Fudan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Changan University.
