Josette Valenti

Josette Valenti is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in strategic talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Global Talent Center of Excellence Leader and Global Strategic Talent Management Leader at Momentive, Josette defines and implements the company’s talent assessment and development strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at NYISO, overseeing various HR functions, and as Vice President of HR at Autotask, focusing on global HR initiatives. Josette also held key HR positions at Pitney Bowes and MapInfo, demonstrating a strong track record in aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving employee engagement, and leading talent acquisition efforts. Josette holds an MBA in Human Resources Information Systems and a B.S. in Management/Management Information Systems from the University at Albany.
