Srilakshmi Pai

Srilakshmi Pai is a finance professional with extensive experience in transfer pricing and operational management. Since June 2017, Srilakshmi has served as Manager of Operational Transfer Pricing at MOMENTIVE PERFORMANCE MATERIALS, focusing on TP monitoring for global entities. Prior to this role, Srilakshmi was an Assistant Controller and Manager at Pierian Services from February 2013 to June 2017, handling end-to-end transfer pricing and statutory compliance for various clients. Earlier career experience includes serving as a CA at Mallya Shenoy and Associates, where Srilakshmi was involved in ERP implementations, and as a Senior Executive at Pierian Services, working on venture company incorporation. Srilakshmi holds an ACWA degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce from MES College Bangalore.
