Rajat Malhotra

Rajat Malhotra has over 18 years of experience in the field of law, with a focus on competition and EU law. Rajat began their career in 2002 as an Associate at Norton Rose LLP, where they worked in both the London and Brussels offices. Their role at Norton Rose focused on matters relating to all aspects of competition law, as well as a number of regulatory law matters in sectors with economic regulation. In 2008, Rajat moved to Ashurst as a Professional Development Lawyer (Competition & EU). In 2010, Rajat joined Wren Capital LLP as a Partner, where they looked to invest in technologically and scientifically innovative businesses. In 2011, Rajat became a Non-Executive Director at Momentum Bioscience Ltd and Specle. In 2015, they joined Captive Media Ltd as a Non Executive Director.

Rajat Malhotra attended Bradford Grammar School from 1985 to 1995. Rajat then went on to pursue a degree in Law at the University of Cambridge from 1995 to 1998. Rajat also obtained a Solicitor (England & Wales) certification from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
