Thaddeus Konicki Jr

Thaddeus Konicki Jr, CSEP, CSPO, is a Senior Systems Engineer at InductEV since November 2019, where leadership is provided for the system engineering efforts in a technology refresh of key products including Communications Management Software and Tactical Communication Terminal in an Agile environment. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at L3 Technologies from July 2008 to November 2019 and a Systems Engineering Co-Op at L-3 Communications. Thaddeus began as a Student Co-Op at Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Labs and served as a Research Assistant at Drexel University. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Drexel University.
