Link Cheng

Link (Chuan-Chih) Cheng is an experienced professional in sales operations and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Momentum IoT since September 2019, where a customer support team was established to serve over 3,000 accounts. Previous roles include Head of Customer Success at the same company, leading efforts to acquire the first 500 customers, and Product Marketing Manager at Magellan Fleet Solutions, where Link developed go-to-market strategies for multiple applications.
