Berge Ozgul has extensive work experience in various roles across different companies. They started their career as a BMW Sales Assistant at Borusan Otomotiv in 2012. They later worked as a Sales Executive at Stepevi from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, Berge served as a Consulting Intern at Mastercard Advisors and then worked as a Project Management Consultant at Audemars Piguet from August to December. In 2017, they worked as a Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., focusing on increasing turnover and efficiency. They also worked as an Account Manager for Mitra Textile, overseeing jersey tops department for UK high street clients. From 2018, Berge served in various roles at Momentum Services Ltd, including Head of Business Technology and Head of Logistics and Technology. These roles involved digital business development, technological advancements, and delivering digital solutions. They are currently part of the Gruppo Cremonini, providing customer services for Eurostar International Limited. Additionally, Berge worked as a Digital Development consultant for Chef Express within the Cremonini Group.

Berge Ozgul completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Strategic Design and Management / Economics from Parsons School of Design - The New School. This academic journey took place from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, Berge also briefly studied Business Administration and Management, General at Regent's University London. Additionally, Berge has obtained several certifications, including Data-driven Decision Making from PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, Capital Projects & Infrastructure in June 2020. Furthermore, Berge received the Class of 2009 Award and the Nevra Okman Cicek Honorary Award from Hisar School in June 2009.
