Eric Tipton has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as an Enterprise Technical Account Manager at Momentum Telecom since February 2019, where Eric also held the position of UC Support Tier II. Prior to that, Eric was a self-employed IT Consultant and Subject-Matter Expert from May 2018 to February 2019. Eric's career includes significant roles at Windstream from July 2006 to May 2018 as a Senior Business Systems Technician II, and earlier positions at ALLTEL COMMUNICATIONS as a Business Systems Technician and Customer Service Technician from May 2000 to June 2006. Eric pursued education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1995 to 1996 and at Jacksonville State University from 1996 to 1998.
