Robert Eberle

Robert Eberle has extensive experience in technical support and network resolution, currently serving as Voice Over IP Tier 2 Support at Momentum Telecom since April 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing support for the VOIP network and leading the Birmingham office team. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a Lead Technician at Verizon Network Resolutions from September 1999 to April 2003, providing escalation-level support for DSL and Dial Up Internet customers and addressing complex network issues. Robert holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Jacksonville State University, earned between 1996 and 1998.
