Shane Murphy

Shane Murphy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network security and technical support. At Momentum Telecom, Shane has excelled as a Network Security Specialist and Cyber Security Specialist since July 2014, providing support for over 90 customers daily and resolving complex connectivity, router, email, and VOIP issues. Previous roles include serving as an Assistant Manager at Cleaning Connection, where Shane handled computer setup and software installation, and as an Electrician at Baxter Electric, where skills in wiring and installation were developed rapidly. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems Cyber Security and an Associate of Science in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute, along with a high school diploma from North Cobb High School.
