Lesley Zitone-Olson

Lesley Zitone-Olson started their career in 1996 as a Contract Sales Representative at Milliken & Company, where they worked closely with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to assist with flooring selections. Lesley also established buying agreements with users and collaborated effectively with the dealer network. In 2006, Lesley joined 3form as an Outside Sales Representative, eventually progressing to the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Region. In this position, they recruited and mentored a team of 12 sales professionals while providing top-notch service to clients in New Jersey. Lesley's responsibilities included extensive travel to coach their team, assess performance, engage in strategic planning, and drive growth for each territory. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Materials Specialist at 3form, where they excelled as a senior sales professional in the Architect and Design Industry. Lesley had a diverse background in A&D and project management and consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and deliver on customer commitments. Currently, Lesley serves as the Director of Northeast Sales at Momentum Textiles & Wallcovering.

Lesley Zitone-Olson obtained an AS degree in Interior design from Post University in 1984. Subsequently, they pursued a BS degree in Interior Design from Florida State University, completing it in 1988.
