Lara Williams MSc is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in people performance consulting, coaching, and management development. As Co-Founder, Director, and Coach at Momentum4 since November 2010, Lara has a proven track record of supporting multinational corporations, SMEs, and startups with innovative blended learning solutions that foster human sustainability and drive purpose-led business success. Currently serving as an Associate Business Coach at Our Training Department, Lara's prior roles include management consulting, consultancy in training and development, and various sales and account management positions across notable companies such as GE Capital and Fujitsu. Lara holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University and a PGDip in Organisational Development and Training from the University of Leicester.
