The Leadership Team at Momentum is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the effective operation of the organization. Comprised of senior executives including the President and CEO, Vice Presidents of Human Resources and Operations, Chief Programs Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, this team oversees all major functions within Momentum, including program development, human resources, finance, and service delivery. Their primary focus is on advancing the mission of enhancing independence, productivity, and full citizenship for individuals with developmental disabilities.
