Rob Schwarz

Rob Schwarz is the current Chief Technology Officer at MOMENTUS. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Product Management and CTO at Maxar Technologies from April 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they were the CTO at SSL from July 2018 to April 2019, and the Executive Director of Space Systems Architecture from February 2018 to July 2018. From November 2014 to February 2018, they were the Executive Director of Product Management at SSL. From July 2010 to November 2014, they were the Executive Director of Spacecraft Systems Engineering at SSL. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Program Systems Engineering Development at Space Systems Loral from January 2009 to December 2010, and a Spacecraft Systems Engineer at Space Systems Loral from January 1997 to December 2008.

Rob Schwarz earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering and a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
