Richard Parsons, PMP has over 30 years of experience in project management consulting and financial analysis. Richard began their career in 1987 working in Resort Operations at Walt Disney World, where they were responsible for developing training criteria and classes, as well as managing daily operations at four different Disney Resort properties. In 1994, they moved to Oracle, where they were an Education Manager and managed a $10M Application Education Delivery Operations. In 2001, they joined the Jet Propulsion Laboratory - NASA as a Senior Specialist, where they developed and delivered change management solutions, training materials, and events. In 2004, they joined CIBER as a Project Management/Change Management Specialist and was the Project Manager for a Global HRMS Implementation. In 2006, they joined Watson Wyatt as a Program Management. In 2008, they founded GiveJust1.org and in 2009, they joined Mo'mix Solutions as the Director of Strategic Consulting. Finally, in 2007 they joined The Productivity Firm as the President - Managing Consultant, where they provided project management consulting and financial analysis with a methodology based on a combination of strategic planning and hands-on tactical implementation.

Richard Parsons, PMP attended Oklahoma State University from 1983 to 1987. In 2019, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2020, they obtained the Prosci Certified Practitioner certification from Prosci and the Improving Your Listening Skills certification from LinkedIn.
