Brandi Bell began their professional career in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica. In this role, they answered inbound calls from customers regarding bills, payments, troubleshooting, etc., completed troubleshooting on various devices, applications, and features, and sold rate plans, features and phones. In 2012, they moved to Sprint, where they worked as a Tech Support Tier 2 Rep. In 2014, they began working at First Data Corporation as a Client Services Advisor. Three years later, in 2017, they accepted a role as a Relationship Manager at Fiserv. In this role, they managed the Revenue Sharing Alliance Channel relationship within Fiserv’s Hardware Services department, provided support for mostly internal Fiserv Reps, and submitted internal cost center orders to ship client equipment. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Momnt as an Account Specialist.

Brandi Bell attended the Lincoln Culinary Institute from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Brandi also attended High Tech Institute from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Associates Degree in Graphic Design.
