Khuong Thach currently serves as the Customer Analytics Manager at MoMo (M_Service) since May 2023, focusing on enhancing marketing and distribution services. Prior to this role, Khuong held the position of Data Team Leader at Seedcom from February 2020 to April 2023, where data was utilized to address challenges in the retail sector, achieving a 15% revenue increase through customer analytics techniques. From June 2018 to February 2020, as a Data Scientist at The Coffee House, Khuong developed customer segmentation models for efficient targeting and created a recommender system for the mobile app. Early career experience includes roles as a Data Analyst at Trust Circle Global and an Investment Intern at Red Square Vietnam, as well as serving as Vice President for AIESEC in RMIT Vietnam. Khuong Thach holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from RMIT University Vietnam, earned between 2011 and 2014.
