Phuoc Doan

Phuoc Doan has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. They started their career in 2001 as a PR & Communication Executive at T&A Communications, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, they joined the Vietnam Competition Authority as the Deputy Director of the Unfair Competition Division, a position they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Phuoc worked as an Associate at Allen & Overy, a law firm. They then moved on to BowerGroupAsia, where they served as a Senior Manager from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, Phuoc joined MoMo (M_Service) as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs - Chief of Hanoi Representative Office and later transitioned to the role of Senior Director in May 2021. Currently, they are also a Member of the Board of Directors at Credit Viet Securities, starting in July 2022.

Phuoc Doan completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Business and International Law from Hanoi Law University between 1996 and 2000. Phuoc then pursued a Master's degree in Business Law at Vietnam National University, Hanoi - Faculty of Law from 2004 to 2007. Later, Phuoc Doan attended Queen Mary University of London from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained an LLM degree in Law.
