Kylie Javier Ashton has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience ranging from serving to management roles. Kylie started their career as a waiter at Tetsuya's Restaurant in 2006 and then worked as a server at Bentley Restaurant until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, Kylie served as a restaurant manager at Duke Bistro. Kylie then joined Momofuku in 2012, where they held various positions including restaurant manager, F&B training specialist, and restaurant general manager at Momofuku Seiobo. During their time at Momofuku, they also worked as a learning and development manager and was responsible for hospitality training across multiple casinos in Australia. In 2021, Kylie founded KJ.LA, a brand focused on hand-dyed homewares and apparel, where they served as the creative director and business owner. Kylie also established KJ Hospitality in 2023, where they worked as the founder and empowered individuals to achieve greatness using their unique strengths. Kylie joined Momofuku again in 2023 as the director of learning and development for restaurants. Throughout their career, Kylie has demonstrated a passion for personalized and unique designs, leadership development, and unlocking hidden potential in others.

Kylie Javier Ashton has a diverse education history. In 2011, they obtained the WSET - Advanced Certificate (Level 3) from Sydney Wine Academy, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of wines. During the same year, they also completed a Certificate III in Hospitality (Sommelier) at TAFE NSW, further developing their skills in the hospitality industry.

Moving forward, in 2013, Kylie pursued a Diploma of Management at RMIT University, broadening their understanding of managerial concepts and practices.
