Anna-Lena Glismann

Anna-Lena Glismann has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and HR. Anna-Lena currently holds the position of Senior Lead Recruiting and Employer Branding at momox since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Recruiter at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining momox, Anna-Lena was a HR Business Partner at Websitebutler GmbH from 2020 to 2021, where they also held the role of Senior Recruiting Manager from 2018 to 2020.

Anna-Lena started their career as a Recruiter at Momox GmbH from 2016 to 2018 and then worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Blue Systems GmbH from 2015 to 2016.

Anna-Lena Glismann completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Hamburg. Anna-Lena attended the university from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certification in "Social Recruiting Expert" from Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH in June 2018, and in "PR + HR = People Relationship Management" from the same institution in June 2021.
