Joris van de Sande

Joris van de Sande began their work experience in 2005 as an IT consultant at Acklin BV. In 2005, they also started working at Prezent Internet BV as a Software Engineer, where they developed corporate web applications and created technical policies. From 2008 to 2012, Joris served as a Software Architect & PHP Programmer at Prezent Internet BV, where they designed and developed custom web applications and managed technical policies.

In 2012, Joris joined Freshheads as a Web Developer, specializing in programming web applications using PHP and various technologies such as Symfony framework and MongoDB. Joris later took on the role of Senior Web Developer, responsible for strategic partnerships with clients and personal development coaching.

Joris then worked at Fontys Hogeschool ICT from 2019 to 2021 as a Studiecoach, providing guidance to students. In 2020, they joined Freshheads again as a Backend Developer & Digitaal Strateeg, focusing on software architecture, strategic partnerships, and PHP development with expertise in Domain Driven Design and Event Sourcing.

Currently, Joris holds the position of Senior Developer at Momoyoga, starting in 2022.

Joris van de Sande's education history begins with their completion of VWO (pre-university education) at Scholengemeenschap Durendael in Oisterwijk from 1995 to 2001. During this time, they studied Dutch, English, physics, mathematics, chemistry, economics, and history.

Afterward, Joris pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Technische Informatica) at Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Joris obtained several certifications. Joris received the Symfony Certified Developer (Advanced) certification from SensioLabs in May 2018. In August 2018, they completed the Docker Technologies for DevOps and Developers course provided by Udemy.

Joris also acquired coaching skills and knowledge transfer abilities through the Coaching Vaardigheden en Kennisoverdracht course offered by FMH Academy in September 2016. Additionally, they completed Scrum training at Scrum Academy in June 2016.

Furthermore, Joris gained expertise in MongoDB by completing two courses: MongoDB for Developers (M101P) and MongoDB for Database Administrators (M102), both provided by MongoDB University - MongoDB, Inc. Joris finished these courses in August 2013 and September 2013, respectively.

More recently, Joris obtained certifications in various areas. Joris completed Intuïtie coach / Healer & Reader training at Vanuit Hart & Ziel in June 2020. Moreover, they achieved Quantum Business Hypnosis training from Drs. Joy & Roy Martina & Giovanni Eleonora in July 2021.
