Jessica Cusick-Hatchett has worked in various roles since 1996. Jessica began as a Plant Propogator and Warehouse Manager at Loops Nursery, followed by a role as a Native Landscape/Garden Pond/Organic Food Farm at Heartwood Market Garden C.S.A in 1997. In 1998, they became an All Natural Produce Farmer and Biological/Geological Field Technician at Heartwood Market & C.S.A. From 2000 to 2009, they worked as a Garden/Greenhouse/Retail Store Manager at Whitepath Water Gardens. From 2009 to 2015, they were a Freelance Landscaping/Pond Service Field Agent at Whitepath Water Gardens and Self Employed. Most recently, they have been an Independent Marketing Executive at Moms Making Six Figures since 2015.

Jessica Cusick-Hatchett has gained their knowledge and skills through their work experience, passions, and self-taught methods. Jessica has also obtained the certification, "Keeping Local Food Safe-Georgia Extension Service".
