Karrie Shotts has a wealth of work experience. Karrie started in 2008 as an externship at Saddleback San Clemente Hospital, where they were trained in all studies and assisted the Radiologist in procedures such as Biopsies, Thoracentesis and Paracentesis. In 2010, they became an Ultrasound Tech at Carlsbad Imaging, where they performed ultrasound exams and worked with the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). In 2012, they took a role as a Security Administrator at Genentech, where they were responsible for new Employees/contractors On-Boarding and administering Training and testing. In 2013, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Native Floral, doing weekly book keeping and data entry of Sales in 7 states. Karrie also worked as an Executive Administrator/Reception at Smith Consulting Architects, assisting executives with tasks and projects, scheduling appointments and meetings, and filing and organizing project folders and AP/AR documents. In 2015, they began working at Automated Engineering Services, Inc. as the Director of Administration/Talent & Resources Solutions, where they oversaw the daily operations and logistics of the business. Karrie also held the role of Director of AP/AR & Office Administration, maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, monthly invoicing/Accounts payable and tracking project budgets, and collections. Finally, in 2020, Karrie became the Managing Director and Director of Operations & Wellness at Marama, providing an immersive experience in the lifestyle proven to support cognitive health.

Karrie Shotts attended Modern Technology School from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Technical degree in Ultrasound. Karrie also attended Claremont High School from 1998 to 2002 and received their diploma.
