Prior to this role, Heather held positions such as Provider Success Team Lead at Elemy, Care Operations Case Manager at Elemy, and Registered Massage Therapist at Blueberry Therapy. With a background in kinesiology, massage therapy, pediatric massage, and labour doula support, Heather has a strong commitment to reducing stigma and barriers in maternal mental health.
